Gat Tea Didn't Work For Me

If you recall last month I decided to give Gat Tea a try to see if it would help reduce some of the gas and bloating I experience daily. I mentioned in a previous blog post that my sister and I met a Gat Tea distributor at the
Alsip, IL. Swap Meet. The guy put up a very convincing argument. He said that Gat Tea was made of natural herbs that have been known to reduce gas and bloating. He showed several before and after pictures and had many return customers come to his booth while we listened to his presentation. I told him that I would give his product a try and I would write and honest review of the product on my blog. I also offered to continue to promote his product if I found it to be helpful, in exchange for a discount on future Gat Tea products. He explicitly declined my offer. Nevertheless, I purchased a 1 week supply of the Gat Tea because bloating is a real issue for me and anything that will reduce the bloating was worth the money to me.

Before I go any further I would like to make a few disclaimers.
  • I am in no way saying you should or should not try this product. I am simply sharing my experience and outcome with it.
  • Many claim to have had success with this product
  • I followed the directions to the letter and prepared the tea as directed
  • I discontinued the use of the product after 1 week because I saw no results
That being said, let us continue.

When I got home I sat down at the computer to first find out what herbs are in the tea. I'm a strong believer of knowing the ingredients of a product before I use it. The tea is made up of 5 simple herbs: Peppermint, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Hops Flower, and Eucalyptus. After doing some research, it seems that the fennel seed is the primary herb that directly addresses the bloating, the rest are used as calmers or stress relieve for the stomach. This is very helpful because stress has been known to cause bloating. However, it was my experience that the mixture may not have been potent enough. Or maybe i'm considered an extereme case and needed to consume more. Whatever the case, the suggested serving of Gat Tea did not work for me.

So I'm back at square one.

I have been doing a lot of research on a man named Dr. Sebi. He is the person credited with having cured AIDS and many other diseases. He's also known for treating people, many of them celebrities, at his Honduras compound. He has treated Magic Johnson, Michael Jackson, and Lisa Left Eye Lopes, to name a few. I will purchase his Seamoss/Bladderwrack mixture to see if it can help me with weight loss, bloat reduction and high blood pressure.

Stay tuned to ToyakToday.blogspot.com for a complex review of Dr. Sebi's Seamoss/Bladderwrack.

  3. Personally I don't think you gave it a chance. Trying something for one week isn't long enough to make a difference on anything. We live in a world that if we don't get instant result we feel like a failure. We have yes of food stored in our body so its gonna take longer than a week to fix the problem.

  5. I agree with casundra. A week isn't enough time2 write a review about a product. I used it once which was a sample he gave me n I was shocked it did all he said n that ONE day. I'm def going 2 find him n get a month supply 2 try it.

  6. Hey there! So sorry it hasn't worked for you. I recently bought some and brewed the 1st pack this week. After the first day, I didn't see a change in my gas patterns and so I drank a lot more...essentially finishing the gallon in 4 days and I couldn't stop burping!! I'll definitely continue using it to see if it has an effect on my fibroids.
